Capiche adds caps (currently only one) from a well-known (no relation) game.

A Green Cap Block will release a Metal Cap when jumped into. Upon collecting it, you will become metal for 20 seconds, gaining immunity to damage, the ability to kill monsters by walking into them, and become unaffected by water.

This is currently extremely unbalanced, and thus the Green Cap Block cannot be obtained in Survival Mode.
